Minimum 24-48 hour notice for any appointment.

Before We Start, Some Important Notes:

  1. We need to confirm your appointment for your initial day and time. THIS FORM IS NOT AN AUTOMATED APPOINTMENT! (Please note due to our regular school activities there will be a waiting list).
  2. We try our best to schedule you as soon as possible, but flight training activities have priority and we ask to be patient when scheduling your Groupon. In most cases we successfully manage to book within 30 to 60 days or sooner.
  3. If you need to reschedule a CONFIRMED appointment, do so ASAP and with at least 48 hours notice as all of our activities are based on fixed schedules .

Basic or Advanced?!

Basic Flight Simulator Experience
 
You will be at the controls of a single engine aircraft receiving 60 minutes of flight instruction from one of FSX Chicago’s instructors. Examples of single engine aircraft:  Cessna 172/162/152 simulator.
Recommended skill level : beginer / no previous aviation experience, able to follow instructions, able to reach the controls.
Limitations:
Recommended age is 14, Minimum Age is 13 years old.
Our cockpits are designed and modeled by real world cockpits and cannot accommodate pilots over 240 lb.
 
Please note this is a professional flight instruction environment, no food, no drinks, no pets allowed.
Business casual dressing required.
 
 
Advanced Flight Simulator Experience
 
You will participate in a crew environment for 60 minutes, flying an Air Transport Category Jet Simulator (Boeing/Airbus/CRJ/ERJ Type) with a flight Instructor. Most of the Instructors at this level are also Active or Retired Airline Pilots.
Recommended skill level : intermediate / some previous aviation experience is required, able to follow instructions and able to reach the flight controls.
 
Recommended age is 16, Minimum Age is 14 years old. 
Our cockpits are designed and modeled by real world cockpits and cannot accommodate pilots over 240 lb.

    Planing your trip to FSX Chicago .

    Our school is located downtown Chicago. We recommend, if possible using using the L. Adams and Wabash Stop (All lines) is less than a block away! Parking is available but keep in mind, parking rates are high even for street parking. Drop-off is available at the corner in the Commercial Loading Area. DO NOT PARK THERE, you can only drop-off or pick-up. Please obey the City’s signs and regulations.
